This photo was taken on a day with relatively mild weather. summer weather can be very hot. This woman has it somewhat together as a bicyclist -- no helmet or gloves, and she is riding in a crosswalk, but her bicycle fits her nicely, she is pedaling on the balls of her feet, she is carrying her baggage in a backpack rather than on the handlebar, and her clothes are in no danger of tangling with the chain.
